Our principal hearing room is designed for the formal conduct of arbitration and provides the neutral, professional environment that complex commercial disputes require. The Chamber seats up to 24 participants across a U-shaped configuration.
Harare Chamber
Effective mediation requires a physical environment that reduces adversarial pressure and creates space for genuine dialogue. The suite is acoustically isolated to ensure candid discussion remains confidential.
Mediation Suites
A dedicated broadcast-quality studio enabling the full conduct of arbitral proceedings with participants joining from multiple jurisdictions simultaneously. Professional camera and audio setup with studio-grade lighting.
Virtual Hub
The main centre houses all three primary facilities: the Harare Chamber, the Mediation Suites, and the Virtual Hearing Hub. It serves as the institutional home of the CAC and the registered office of the Registrar.
Extends the institution's reach to Matabeleland and the southern corridor of cross-border commerce with Botswana, South Africa, and Zambia.
Parties in any jurisdiction may participate in CAC proceedings without travel to Zimbabwe. Under the CAC Virtual Hearing Protocol 2025, the entire arbitration may be conducted online.
Hearing rooms and mediation suites at both the Harare and Bulawayo facilities may be booked by parties to CAC-administered proceedings.
